Sheri Ridgeway, CEO
Sheri works directly with RGI clients to accomplish their business, technology, and service objectives. For over two decades, she has successfully bridged the gaps that often exist among client executives, end users, and teams of technical experts. Sheri provides daily oversight of RGI strategic initiatives, customer experience, project delivery, and communications. Her clients have included large Federal agencies, small businesses, and multi-billion-dollar financial institutions.
Sheri earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
She is also a graduate of the 2023 Colorado and Wyoming Cohort of the SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined program.
Sheri is a member of the Board of Directors for the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Executive Committee for the Chamber Board, and the Chairperson for the Chamber’s Local Legislative Affairs Committee.
Ross Ridgeway, President
Ross draws upon his experience as a federal employee at the FAA as well as a leader in small to medium-sized service-oriented companies. His roles have ranged from software developer to project manager to business executive. He excels in guiding teams to create and implement solutions that address complex, mission-critical needs.
Ross earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
David Geuting, Senior Vice President
Dave served 30 years in the U.S. Air Force, leading operations in IT, cyber, enterprise architecture, administration, logistics, and event management. Retiring as a Colonel and Chief of AF Enterprise Architecture, he expanded his expertise by working with large and small businesses, as well as tribal and Alaska Native corporations.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Master of Science from Golden Gate University.
