RGI is part of a team serving the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) National Park Service (NPS) Northeast Regional Office (NERO). With staff in Philadelphia and Boston, our team provides on-site and remote IT Help Desk support to 350+ NPS employees in the Regional Office and 82 National units in the Northeast Region. We troubleshoot IT issues, install and upgrade equipment, respond to security alerts, and maintain IT inventory. We also deliver training and similar technical guidance for NPS end users.
For the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Programs Office (LPO), RGI is part of a team delivering financial services and consulting, including modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and M&A advisory services. Our role focuses on providing subject matter expertise on FAA certification and related requirements for new aviation systems and components.
