Since 2002, RGI has delivered outstanding business, technical, and operational services in support of federal clients and programs.

This includes three consecutive contracts supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Flight Program Operations at multiple locations across the U.S. delivering logistics, financial, records management, flight dispatch, aircraft maintenance, training, and software application support services.


Over the past decade, RGI has supported 30+ commercial clients with project management, customer experience management, technical writing and editing, training design and delivery, system customization and deployment, account and contract management, and strategy development and implementation services.


RGI’s principals average 25+ years hands-on experience leading project and service delivery efforts across the federal government, including support for multiple agencies within the Departments of Transportation, Agriculture, Commerce, Defense, and Interior, as well as Energy, Health and Human Services, Labor, and Treasury.


RGI performed comprehensive analyses of client priorities and capabilities to develop strategies and provide recommendations on long-term, high-investment business opportunities.

This includes customizing and deploying a Salesforce-based CRM to establish an enterprise-wide sales pipeline management system, as well as providing training to over 100 users.
